Hadith (Sunnah) References:

  1. Hadith - Sahih Bukhari (Book 62, Hadith 7):

    • Translation: Narrated by Abdullah bin Umar: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "All of you are guardians and are responsible for your wards. The ruler is a guardian, and the man is a guardian of his family; the lady is a guardian and is responsible for her husband's house and his offspring; and so all of you are guardians and are responsible for your wards."
    • Explanation: Yeh hadith yeh wazeh karti hai ke mard aur aurat dono apni apni jagah par zimmedar hain aur apne maqaam par guardian hain. Yeh batata hai ke sab ke upar apni apni zimmedariyan hain jo barabar hain.
  2. Hadith - Sahih Muslim (Book 4, Hadith 1926):

    • Translation: Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, “The most complete of the believers in faith are those with the best character and who are most kind to their families.”
    • Explanation: Is hadith se yeh sabit hota hai ke imaan ki kamal un logon mein hai jo apne kirdar mein behtareen hain aur apne ghar walon se achi rawaiya rakhte hain. Yeh barabari ka paigham deta hai aur saaf taur par kehta hai ke achay rawaiye se baat karni chahiye.
  3. Hadith - Sahih Bukhari (Book 72, Hadith 715):

    • Translation: Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said, “The best among you are those who are best to their wives.”
    • Explanation: Is hadith mein barabari ka ek aur paigham hai ke sab se achay wo hain jo apni biwiyon ke saath sab se behtareen rawaiya rakhte hain.
  4. Hadith - Sahih Muslim (Book 32, Hadith 6254):

    • Translation: Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "It is obligatory for a Muslim to listen to and obey (the authority) whether he likes it or not, except when he is ordered to commit sin. If he is ordered to commit sin, he is not to listen or to obey."
    • Explanation: Yeh hadith is baat ko wazeh karti hai ke kisi bhi authority ya hukumat ki itaat sirf uss had tak lazmi hai jab tak wo Allah aur uss ke Rasool (ﷺ) ke hukum ke khilaf nahi jaati. Agar kisi ko gunah ka hukum diya jaye, toh uska itaat nahi kiya jayega.
